Economical Finish: P20,000 - P23,000 per square meter
Regular Finish: P23,000 - P25,000 per square meter
Semi-Elegant Finish: P25,000 - P28,000 per square meter
Elegant Finish: P28,000 and above per square meter

📌 Example 2: The same 36 sqm space divided into 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 kitchen (with an economical finish) might cost ₱25,000/sqm due to extra partitions, plumbing, and electrical work.
